While we stand behind the quality of every item we ship out; should you receive a damaged item, or your item fails to arrive, you must first contact the shipping agency with the tracking number to get their disposition of your package. With damaged items you will be subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping agency which may include reimbursement. Missing Items

Some orders may include items which are shipped from different locations. If you are missing part of an order, be sure to check each item’s shipment tracking links for further details. You should find all needed tracking information at the shipping agency.

In addition, we will also send you a shipment confirmation email with your available tracking information.

We also suggest that you check with fellow workers in your office or members of you household who may have received the package and failed to relay the message to you. If there is no indication of the current delivery status or your status indicates delivered and you still have not received the package, please contact the shipping agency customer service to assist you.
